Shipping Policy

At Coffee Keenya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange. Please note that opened bags of coffee cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
